Structured Business Travel
Arletti & Partners supports Italian companies with employees travelling abroad and foreign companies with personnel travelling to Italy, managing structured business travel arrangements — i.e. frequent, planned, or recurring cross-border provision of services.
We operate within multi-jurisdictional frameworks, ensuring compliance with EU rules as well as applicable bilateral and multilateral agreements governing labour mobility and social security coordination.
