Timeline of the Corporate Housing Italy service
- Client contacts A&P to buy the Corporate Housing service.
- A&P provides the client with the name of the consultant in charge of his/her case, and she sends the client a questionnaire with a series of questions about the type of temporary apartment searched.
- Following the reception of the questionnaire from the client, A&P selects different Serviced Apartments options available during the time period indicated in the questionnaire and the client chooses the preferred option.
- A&P books the preferred accommodation and advances payment for the stay. Once the reservation is confirmed, A&P puts the client in touch with the front desk to coordinate check-in.
- A&P stays in touch with the client throughout the stay, to intervene if there are any concerns or problems, and offers support to extend the booking, if requested.
