Ukrainian citizens: priority in regularization processes in Italy

On March 8 2022, INL issued memo 1521 to prioritize the regularization of Ukrainian citizes working in Italy.

Due to the current emergency in Ukraine, the National Work Authority (Ispettorato Nazionale del Lavoro) issued Memo 1521 on March 8 2022 – pursuant of Law 77/2020 – Art. 103 “Emersione dei rapporti di lavoro” – concerning the regularization of Ukrainian citizens currently working in Italy.

These applications shall in fact be prioritized to simplify the mobility of Ukrainian citizens and family reunion processes.
