October 2023: new Italian Flow Decree

If you are looking for the latest news on the flow decree, have a look here at the latest updates for 2023 on the Italian Decreto Flussi.

The interministerial memo n.2477 of March 16 2022 has extended the deadline for the following applications regulated by the Decree on migration flows 2021:

  • Entry of workers who have completed education and training programs abroad, pursuant of ex art 23 of Immigration law art. 4 point 1
  • Conversion of existing permits into permits for subordinate or autonomous work, pursuant of art. 4, points 3 and 4

The memo has been approved due to the unfulfilled of all shares and to enable more applications. The deadline has been extended to September 30, 2022 with the same application modalities.
