Step-by step support
The Posting consultants will prepare the documents needed for a prompt approval from the authorities:
- Chamber of commerce registration,
- Qualifications and education certificates of the employer,
- Details of insurance coverage or other forms of protection related to professional liability.
All the documents must be translated in one of the Countries’ official languages.
Austria, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg
All the companies based in EU should obtain the document before scheduling the beginning of the activities in one of Countries mentioned above.
The procedure does not need the company to deliver the documents physically, but it can be done online, by post or by appointing a local proxy who will submit the documents on the company’s behalf.
Before the beginning of the assignment
The company should have the approved document available before the beginning of the activities abroad; therefore, the request should be submitted at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance.

In case of missing document, or activities in a Country without the duly authorization to undertake it, the company is at risk of compromising the agreements with the local customers, being liable to fines, and bans to provide service in the Country abroad for a certain period.
