Through its specialised support, Studio A&P provides the assistance needed when working within a construction site. The Posting consultants will provide an extensive list of all the documents and information required:
- Posted worker information and documents,
- Workplace in France,
- Photo ID of the workers that need the BTP Carte,
- Delivery address in France.
Construction sites in France
The worker should always hold a BTP Carte when working within a public or private construction site in France and carrying out one of the activities mentioned in article R.8291-1 of the Code du Travail.
Before the beginning of the activities
All workers involved within a construction site should at least have at their disposal the provisionary digital certificate of their BTP before beginning the provision of service.
After the delivery of the physical BTP card, the digital certificate is no longer valid.
Violation of the Code du Travail
Based on article R.8291-1 of the Code du Travail, employees working within a construction site must keep an electronic badge (the BTP Carte) to enter the worksite.
The employer who does not obtain the BTP Carte on behalf of their employees can be fined €4,000 per employee.
In case of repeated violation within 2 years, the amount of the fine doubles to €8,000 per employee.
