Through its specialised support, Studio A&P provides the assistance needed when working within a construction site. The Posting consultants will provide an extensive list of all the documents and information required:
- Posted worker information and documents,
- Workplace in Sweden,
- Registration of the company in the local Chamber of Commerce,
- Tax Clearance certificates of the company and legal representative
- ID Card/Passport of the legal representative and workers involved
Construction sites registered in the ID06 system
The worker should always hold a ID06 Card when working within a construction site in Sweden for security measures.
Without an ID06 Card, it is not possible to access the premises of a registered ID06 establishment.
Before the beginning of the activities
All workers involved within a construction site or a shipyard should hold an ID06 Card before entering the premises.
Due to the obligation of companies abroad to submit a posting notification as well, they should begin their activities only after obtaining their ID06 Cards.
Reasons for obtaining an ID06 Card
Based on chapter 39, section 11a to section 11c of the Swedish Tax Law Skatteförfarandelag (2011:1244), employers in the construction industry must keep an electronic personnel ledger and document in it the necessary identification information for the business. Moreover, they must continuously document the necessary identification information for the workers involved.
The employers and the main contractor within the workplace can be fined for violation of lawfully declaring the presence of those workers and obtaining the electronic identification document (ID06 Card) for the on-site personnel.
Support for posting of workers to Sweden
Studio A&P can support all the companies and self-employed workers involved in a posting of workers to Sweden within a workplace which is considered a construction site, where additional requirements apply to enter the premises.
