I am a foreign company and I need to second non-EU workers to in Italian client as part of a contract of service provision. Can I submit the work permit application to the Italian authorities?
No. The work permit application must be submitted by the Italian client company. In this case, A&P can prepare all the paperwork and submit the application on behalf of the Italian company, through power of attorney.
I am an Italian company and I need to receive non-EU workers as part of a service provision agreement regulated by a purchase order with the foreign supplier company. Can I apply for the work permit?
No. A simple purchase order is not sufficient; a contract must be submitted. In this case, A&P can assist you in drafting the contract in accordance with the Italian law.
I am a non-EU worker employed by an EU company and I have to travel to an Italian client for a service provision. Do I need an entry visa?
No. In this case, following prior notification of entry made by A&P to the Italian authorities, you can enter Italy without a visa, if you are coming from an EU country that is part of the Schengen area.
I am a non-EU worker, and I am already in Italy with residence permit for service provision. Can I renew my residence permit?
Yes. It is possible to request an extension of the initial permit duration, justified by an extension of the duration of the work, up to a maximum of 4 years in total.
