Clear and transparent information

Our specialised Posting consultants will draft the document containing all the mandatory information for posted workers. Specifically:

  • Country of destination,
  • dates of assignment,
  • currency in which the employee will be paid,
  • the remuneration to which the worker is entitled in accordance with the applicable law of the host Member State,
  • any specific allowances for the posting and the methods of reimbursement of travel, board and lodging expenses,
  • the address of the institutional website of the host Member State where information on the posting is published.

Where is Directive 2019/1152/EU applicable?

The Directive has already been transposed in all the EU Countries; therefore, all companies established in those Countries must draft the informative document for the workers posted abroad.

Before the beginning of the assignment

Based on the EU Directive and local transposition of the legislation, the informative document must always be shared with the employees involved before the beginning of the activities abroad.

In addition, it is always mandatory for the provision of service, whereas for business trips, the document is required only if the travel lasts 4 consecutive weeks.

Global Mobility compliance

When posting employees abroad, they should always be clearly informed about the working and salary conditions they are entitled to during their assignment.

Furthermore, providing a company-signed document, which can also be presented to the authorities in case of an inspection, demonstrates the company’s willingness to comply with all the requirements applicable to its employees abroad.

Holding the document helps companies avoid fines for not complying with local transposition of the EU Directive in case of cross-Country exchange of information between the posting and the host authorities.

Support for all companies posting workers within EU, EEA, and Switzerland
