Who can apply for the Internship Visa

General requirements

During the consultancy video-call, our experts will evaluate whether you qualify for the internship visa.

The visa is issued to non-EU citizens who have attended an education or training course in their own country and wish to complete it by doing an internship in Italy.

  • Extra-curricular internships are regulated by the regional legislation

  • The Italian government sets a three-year quota system for entry for vocational training and internships
  • There are out of quota system (i.e. internships as part of intra-company transfers)

The timing for entry on family reunion purposes is defined by the Italian immigration law and the standard procedure applied by the authorities involved.

  • Step 1: DOCUMENTS COLLECTION (15-20 days)
