Furthermore, the sworn translation file must follow a mandatory order otherwise the act will be considered invalid.

What is the difference between a certified translation and a sworn translation in Italy?
Sworn translations have legal value thanks to the oath taken before the public official. The certified translation, on the other hand, does not hold legal value in Italy for public entities, but it is often accepted in foreign countries.
Is the stamp duty always due when requesting a sworn translation?
Translations related to specific matters such as adoptions, scholarships or other specific cases are exempt from the payment of the stamp duty, provided that the relevant legal references are indicated on the report.
