Application requirements
During the consultancy video-call, our experts will evaluate whether you meet the requirements to obtain a Criminal Record Certificate.
The Certificate is downloaded from the national register containing data on judicial and administrative measures relating to specific individuals and is regulated by Art.24 DPR 313/02.
The certificate can be requested by:
- Italian and foreign citizens who currently reside or have resided in Italy.
- The applicant, or their authorized delegate, must submit the request using the appropriate form, attaching a valid identity document.
Supporting documents
Applicants must provide the following documents and information:
- Personal information, including place of residence, identity document number, and email address.
- Valid identity document (identity card or passport).
- If the certificate is requested via proxy, the signed proxy form from the applicant must be attached.
- Administrative fees and stamps: Fee for issuing each certificate: €3.92; Duty stamp: €16 every 2 pages; Urgent issuance: additional €3.92.
Timeline for the certificate release
- Validity: Regardless of its use, certificates are valid for six months.
- Standard processing time: In most cases, the certificate can be collected within one week to ten working days.
- Urgent issuance: If the certificate is requested as urgent, the document can be collected the day after the request.
