We are an Italian company and would like to welcome an intra-company transferee through Article 27(1)(a), but the worker has not been employed by the foreign company for at least six months. Can we still submit the application?
Yes. If the worker has been employed in the same sector for at least six consecutive months.
I am in Italy on an ICT residence permit. Can I renew my residence permit?
Yes. The law provides for the possibility of extending the period of secondment pursuant to Article 27(1)(a) for a maximum of 5 years, while secondment pursuant to Articles 27 quinquies and sexies may last up to 3 years.
I am a worker with an ICT visa issued by another European country. Can I work in Italy?
Yes. Foreigners who hold ICT visas issued by other Member States may work in Italy, with some restrictions.
