How to apply for building bonuses

With the entry into force of the new Decree Law No. 207 in the Budget Law 2025 effective from January 1, 2025 on the regulations regarding the italian building bonuses and the increasingly stringent checks and audits by the Italian Revenue Agency in line with what has been applied since the advent of Superbonus 110, the risks and responsibilities for those who take advantage of deductions for Renovation and Rehabilitation work on buildings have increased.

  • Any requests or consultations outside the calls provided by the service are handled with ticketing service with immediate and written response.
  • In case of temporary work stoppage, the portal remains open and active with document sharing.
  • In case of verifications and in-depth investigations on current regulations, the timing for a thorough response will be communicated in advance.
  • The client may evaluate any request for drafting Tax Return by Studio A&P to recover credit.

In the event of an audit by the Italian Revenue Agency, if any irregularities are found in the invoices, payment methods, or storage of required documentation, the agency may revoke the entire benefit and require repayment of the tax credit with added penalties and interest of up to 30%. In such cases, the primary responsibility lies with the taxpayer who incurred the expensesthough there is the possibility to take legal action against the involved professionals if their error caused the issue.
