New Swiss online counter
As of March 14, 2025, the current notification procedure for reporting short-term work in Switzerland will no longer be available.
The system will be replaced by the EasyGov.swiss online counter. This will be the only platform for submitting posting notifications in Switzerland starting from Monday, March 17, 2025.

Temporary service interruption
From March 14 to March 17, neither of the two platforms will be available.
This interruption should not have any consequences for businesses or individuals planning to provide services in Switzerland, as it coincides with the closing hours of the offices responsible for processing applications. As a result, these requests would not be processed even if one of the two portals were operational. However, more specific information regarding the exact duration of the interruption will be provided later by the relevant authorities.
Registration procedure
Companies or self-employed service providers based in an EU or EEA country, as well as the United Kingdom, who wish to notify their assignments to Switzerland must first register on the EasyGov.swiss portal and request a company identification number (UID). It will also be necessary to complete the registration process.
On the other hand, if the registration is made by an individual, prior registration on EasyGov.swiss will not be possible. In this case, registration will only be allowed after the online counter becomes active.
First login and data migration
Once logged in to the new EasyGov.swiss portal, users will be able to import their previously used profile and proceed with the data migration. To do so, they must have their username and access to the associated email address. Following this short procedure, all employees and confirmations related to past assignments in Switzerland will be visible. It is recommended to back up all data and registration confirmations in advance, as only one data migration per profile will be possible.
