The ELA Conference
On 28 October 2025, the European Labour Authority (ELA) will hold an important conference on automation and interoperability as digital solutions for global mobility in Bratislava.
During the event, Studio Arletti & Partners, selected from among the participants who submitted proposals on the aforementioned topic, will present its paper entitled ‘A Technological Framework for AI-Powered Cross-Interface Automated A1 Submission’ to the public.
Dr Alessandro Arletti and Dr Alberto Arletti will join the session and share some important thoughts on the topic.
The Project
The project by Studio A&P, in collaboration with Decima Ratio, focuses on a new AI-based automation model for completing A1 Certificate. It represents an innovative solution within AleaRatio, a broader platform developed in collaboration with Decima Ratio, A&P’s partner in the field of digital technology and artificial intelligence. The solution presented uses intelligent web scraping and intelligent validation to simplify, speed up and improve the security and legal validity of worker posting procedures across the EU. This technology allows for the automation of bureaucratic workflows, improved compliance and reduced costs.
The ultimate goal is to achieve concrete results in the area of cross-border service provision.
With the exception of a few specific cases, there is currently no fully automated and digital solution for completing A1 Certificate in the EU.
The automated processing of Form A1 can therefore be of great benefit to both companies and administrations.
