On November 12th, Alessandro Arletti, founder of Studio Arletti & Partners, was invited as a lecturer at the Piacenza campus of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore for a seminar on managing international assignments.
The seminar, titled “Managing International Assignments – Provision of Services and Teleworkers,” was held as part of the International Human Resource Management course.
Some of the topics covered included:
- Jurisdiction in EU labor law
- Jurisdiction and social security requirements for posted workers in the EU
- Social security regulations for telework
- Health and safety requirements for employees abroad
