Studio A&P supports EU companies posting employees in Switzerland for activities with scheduled duration between 3 and 12 months.

Studio A&P not only assists the company during the application process, but also supports the employees in obtaining a Swiss ID Card for foreigners, having their healthcare coverage recognized through the A1 Certificate, and managing double taxation issues for assignments exceeding 183 days.

Studio A&P supports companies posting employees abroad who need to work in Switzerland on Sundays or Holidays (LL, art. 18, 19, 20 and OLL, art. 21, 33) or during the night (LL, art. 16, 17 and OLL 1, art. 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 46) to comply with requests from the customer abroad and/or the organizational workflow of the establishment where the activity will be carried out.

Studio A&P supports companies posting employees Austria, Liechteinstein, and Luxembourg, where a specific commercial authorization for certain sectors is required before beginning the activites. The company will need to obtain a Dienstleistungsanzeige in Austria, a GDL in Liechtenstein, and a Certificat Prealable in Luxembourg.

Studio A&P supports companies posting employees abroad in complying with the drafting of the document for clear and transparent working conditions laid out in Directive 2019/1152/EU.

Studio A&P supports companies and self-employed workers posted abroad in providing a timely response to Labour Inspectorates during on-site inspections.
