Skip to content As of July 1, the pre-compilation of applications for seasonal work permits in the tourism and hospitality sector under the quotas of the 2025 flow decree is open. This is a second tranche of entries to cover the winter needs of businesses.
Pre-filling procedure
Employers who intend to hire a non-EU, seasonal worker in the tourist-hotel sector can pre-fill the application on the ALI Services Portal from July 1 until July 31, 2025.
To pre-fill the application, one must have SPID. It is also necessary to authenticate through a digital domicile, and receive an application activation code. Once verified the code, one can proceed to fill out the application.
Following authentication, the system will retrieve most of the user’s data from national databases (UnionCamere, Agenzia delle Entrate, AGID, INPS). Therefore, many sections will auto-populate with information. However, some data may populate asynchronously, that is, within a few days. Finally, some data, such as the type of contract, will have to be entered manually.
It is possible to fill out applications every day in July, including holidays, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Once can save the application, then submit it during the click-day.

At the end of July, the section will no longer be available.
However, if the application is, as of July 31, 2025, still in the “to be completed” status, it will be possible to finalize it during the week of September 15-21, 2025, and bring it to the “to be submitted” status. However, that it will not be possible to enter new applications in that time window.
On October 1, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. (click-day), one can submit applications referring to the tourism-hotel sector that they had pre-filled in July.
These applications will be subject to separate ranking, according to the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 6 (b) of DL No. 145/2024
