Procedure through the Flows Decree

During the consultation video-call, our experts will assess whether you meet the requirements to obtain a domestic visa through the flows decree.

Procedure through the Flows Decree

The entry of non-EU domestic workers is generally subject to the quotas established by the Flows Decree. We will evaluate the applicability of the flows decree to your specific case and we will proceed with the prefilling and submission of the application during the relevant click-day.

This possibility applies to subordinate, non-seasonal workers in family and socio-health care.

Out of quota procedure

During the consultation video-call, our experts will assess whether you meet the requirements to obtain an italian domestic work visa out of quota.

Out of quota procedure

In some cases, the domestic visa can be released out of the quotas of the Flows Decree. Our experts will evaluate your case and eventually submit the nullaosta application out of quota.

This possibility is limited to Italian or European citizens who already have a domestic work contract abroad with a non-EU domestic worker and they wish to come back to Italy and continue the work collaboration.
