Atlasposting – Social Security Compliance for Service Provision

Atlasposting checks the obligations arising from EU Regulations 883/2004 and 987/2008 to ensure full compliance for companies and employees during transnational service provision within the EU, EEA and Switzerland and the obligations arising from social security agreements between the country of residence and the country where the posting will take place.

Support for Companies and Skilled workers

The service, provided within Atlasposting, is designed to support employees and self-employed workers who perform services at worksites around the world.

What does Atlasposting offer?

The software allows management of your company, or the entire corporate group, and analysis of obligations arising from EU Regulations or bilateral social security agreements based on the specific data entered for worksites or business assignments.

One Worksite, All the Activities to Comply With

When uploading a worksite or a business assignment, the portal will analyze all the entered data and provide a final summary listing all the activities that the company must handle (or may entrust to the Firm) organized by jurisdiction:

  • Risk Assessment

  • Immigration Law

  • Social Security

  • Labor Law

The table, along with the related tasks, updates automatically in case of any changes on the portal.

Real-time worksite monitoring

At the moment of entering the worksite, Atlasposting performs all checks and provides information at each step about any issues in uploading the worksite (e.g., minimum time required to complete tasks based on the Firm’s consultants’ expertise). The monitoring does not stop once the worksite has been created but continues throughout its entire duration.

Why choose Atlasposting

Atlasposting is the software already chosen by many companies to manage their activities abroad, both for technical and purely commercial operations.

The software allows companies to stay up-to-date on regulations applicable to their employees, while the support from the Firm’s consultants provides a tool that includes all the activities the company must comply with and helps avoid additional obligations arising from the worksite, such as registration with the foreign social security system and local contribution payments.
