Who is this service for?
This service is aimed at companies that are about to send employees abroad to countries considered at risk and which, in compliance with Italian and European regulations, require a preliminary assessment of potential risks that is reliable but not time-consuming or costly.
This service is particularly directed towards companies sending employees abroad regularly ; and companies sending their employees to a country of dubious safety and with instable political situations.
In addition, the service benefits employees who will receive regular alerts about their location and advice on the situation, all easily accessible via the Atlasposting software.
Note that the registration service to ‘Dove Siamo Nel Mondo’ (see below) is only targeted towards companies sending their Italian employees abroad.
Legal Compliance with Italian Risk Assessment Requirements
Through its proprietary software Atlasposting, Arletti&Partners offers a country assessment divided into comprehensive categories.
The assessment can be purchased for the period of time the client prefers; however, we recommend maintaining access for the entire duration of the employee’s assignment abroad.
Throughout the selected period, Atlasposting provides regular and relevant alerts regarding developments in the destination country.
The Risk Assessment service offers four types of subservices:
- Risk Maps: Through the dashboard of Atlasposting, the user accesses a world map and can click on a country and directly see the safety level of the country, which is determined by 5 official national sources (FR, AUS, JAP, US, NL).
- Alerts: Through the Atlasposting software, the user can determine which alerts they want to receive and most importantly at which level of importance.
- Risk Assessment reports: The Atlasposting software provides a comprehensive risk assessment report, divided in 6 subcategories (Safety and Security ; Terrorism ; Local customs and practices ; Health ; Natural disasters ; General Travel Advice) which can be bought independently.
- Dove Siamo Nel Mondo: The registration of the travelling employee can be registered on the governmental website ‘Dove Siamo Nel Mondo’ via the software and can be done either by the company, employee or the studio Arletti&Partners.
Location of the consultation with A&P
After you contact us via our dedicated form, we aim to provide an initial response within 24 hours of receiving your request via our contact form.
A preliminary meeting with A&P Studio about our dedicated software Atlasposting will be offered either remotely or in person, depending on the client’s needs
After the account has been set-up and the software explained, the client can access the software at all times from any location.
Thanks to this integrated approach, the client can complete the entire procedure without having to travel, maintaining constant contact with the assigned professional and receiving qualified assistance at every stage of the process.
Timing
Arletti&Partners’ advice on when to request a consultation and register the employee’s travel depends on the country of destination, but we recommend subscribing to our services a month in advance.
Indeed, if the country of destination requires more advice and preventative measures (such as vaccinations, declarations of awareness from the employee, repatriation plan, insurance, etc.), the company will need more time to prepare the upcoming travel.
In addition, if the employer or the employee is a new user, Arletti&Partners advises to take into account the time required to get used to the software.
Legal Expertise and Dedicated Software
A Risk Assessment conducted before an employee’s travel to another country is mandatory in Italy according to Legislative Decree 81/2008.
In addition, such an assessment protects the company against liability in cases of incidents and other types of similar situations that could have been prevented according to EU Law on Health and Safety at Work and the ISO Guidelines 31030 on Travel Risk Management for Companies.
Our experts make sure that all preventative assessment is precisely and correctly conducted according to the Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008, EU Directive 89/391/EEC and the ISO Guidelines 31030 in order to strongly protect the company from criminal liability, and protect the employee from any dangers and situations associated with their travel.
