During the consultation, our experts will advise whether you are required to obtain a visa for entry in China and which visa best suits your case.
The Chinese immigration law defines several types of Chinese visas available, based on the applicant’s travel reason.
For instance, people who travel for tourism would need an L visa, whereas those travelling for commercial trade activities would need an M visa. Finally, the Z visa is necessary for those who are applying for work in China.
Once assessed that the travelers must request a visa prior to travelling, our experts will support step by step.
For visa applications at the Chinese consular missions abroad, certain documents are always required, such as: passport, visa application form and a passport photo. The documents needed change depending on the type of visa.
Our support includes the application for a notification letter to the immigration authorities, if required, prior to the visa obtainment.
China has made agreements with some countries for the purpose of allowing visa-free entry. This mainly applies to touristic and business travels and the stay cannot be longer than 30 days.
During the preliminary consultation, our experts will assess whether you fall into a case of exemption. The assessment will take into consideration your nationality, the length and purpose of your stay in China.
We adhere to established processes and internal policies for the provision of services.
