Arletti & Partners consultants are selected exclusively among associates and collaborators who possess academic qualifications, skills, and proven experience in their field.
Topics covered during the call: consultants are prepared for the meeting to provide answers on the selected topic and solely in relation to the Italian or foreign jurisdiction specified in the service details. The Firm provides clarifications on questions concerning the topic covered by the service through the questionnaire to be completed prior to the call. Therefore, failure to provide answers regarding non-relevant topics or jurisdictions cannot be considered a service failure.
Appointment changes: the appointment may be rescheduled once only, within 2 working days before the call.
Withdrawal: the consultation fee is non-refundable. The service shall be considered rendered at the end of the meeting, within the time slot booked by the user, during which the consultant will be available for relevant questions.
Quality questionnaire: the user has the opportunity to evaluate the quality of the service in a questionnaire that will be automatically sent at the end of the video conference. Any service issues can be indicated in the questionnaire. The management will assess any reported issues at its sole discretion.
Invoicing: the Firm will issue the invoice within the current month in which payment was made.
By booking the call, the user acknowledges and accepts the terms of service.
