Italy Flows Decree 2024: click days for the entry of non-EU citizens postponed to March

Consultancy on the Italian visa application

The Ministry of Labor and Social Policies announces that, with Circular No. 641 of January 29, 2024, the Ministry of Interior has postponed by more than a month the submission of applications for the entry of foreign workers under the quotas of the Flows Decree (so-called “click days”).  

New deadlines for the Flows Decree 2024

The timetable for the applications submission, initially scheduled for February 5, 7 and 12, has been updated as follows:  

  • March 18 from 9:00 AM: submission of applications for non-seasonal subordinate employment of citizens of countries that have cooperation agreements with Italy;  
  • March 21 from 9:00 AM: submission of applications for non-seasonal subordinate employment for other citizens, including those in the family and social health care sector; 
  • March 25 from 9:00 AM: submission of applications for seasonal workers
