The user can click on the button and change the contractual relationship with the Company Name (Final Client, Commissioning Client, Supplier) as desired.

Client Selection

To create a new Client, click the CREATE NEW button and select ADD LEGAL PERSON.

Note: At this stage, select the company where the employees will work (do not select the Client who requested the intervention).

Workplace abroad

After selecting/creating the Client on the portal, make sure the selected address is actually the one where the service will take place.

To create a new workplace, click on ADD NEW ADDRESS.

Once the foreign workplace is selected, the company will remain updated on the risk in the foreign country.

Company and Employee Availability

In the new version it will be possible to automatically enter or acquire the availability/open hours of your employees and company.

In fact, when creating an employee’s profile, it will be possible to add working hours (NOT mandatory data).

As for the company, it will be possible to acquire the opening hours directly from Google Place and always have them available in the section Company > Company Information > Availability.

Employee Documents

The employee document list has been revamped with a new, minimalist graphic that encapsulates all the documentation that can be uploaded without the need for any scrolling down.

Employee Addresses

In the new version of Atlasposting, the function of entering addresses (of both individuals and legal entities) has been revamped.

Regarding employee addresses, when creating the profile, you can click on the “Add New Address” button.

In the pop-up window that will open, you can enter the desired address under “Address.” The software should be able to automatically geolocate it and fill in the blank fields.

If this does not happen, you can still enter the missing data manually.

Company Address

Entering the company address when creating a legal name follows the same principles as entering an employee’s address.

However, once you have acquired the data, you will need to indicate the type of establishment you are creating. You can select the type by clicking on the gray box under the “Address Kind*” heading.
