From 20/01/2025, it will be possible to log in by two different methods:
- E-mail user and password;
- Login with Microsoft corporate credentials.
In case the company has Microsoft credentials, simply click on “Sign in with Microsoft” and authorize the software to log in through your company account.
Login with Microsoft
Before you can use Microsoft login, you must enable the service.
You will first need to log in with the credentials you usually use and then click on your username (top right corner of the Dashboard).
Next, you will need to access the “My Profile” section.
Once you get to the personal profile section, you will need to access the “Account Security” section and click on “Link Account” in the “Single Sign on Authentication” section.
A pop-up will then appear to enter the company account information to activate the service, which will become available from the next login.
Order management
Within the Company > Orders section there are two important new features for managing requests to Studio A&P.
- Country filter;
- Generic Orders.
Through the new country filter, it will be easier to retrieve specific orders.
Generic order, on the other hand, is activated by clicking on the “Create Generic Order” label.
Once the creation is requested, a pop-up window will appear where you must name the order and you can also describe the type of service you are requesting.
