Profile and Availability Management
Profile management has been optimized with a new minimalist interface for uploading employee documents and a simplified procedure for entering addresses, with automatic geolocation or manual input.
It is now possible to easily manage corporate roles and modify contractual relationships with a single click. The software also allows users to add and view the availability schedules of employees and companies, also through automatic acquisition from Google Places.
Additionally, users can now access Atlasposting via their corporate Microsoft credentials.
NEW PROCEDURE
Assignment Upload
The assignment creation process has been completely revamped and divided into intuitive steps: selecting the country, choosing the client, defining the services, adding employees and suppliers, and the final summary.
Various activities can be assigned to employees for specific periods, ensuring flexible management. Employee selection has been enhanced with a clear view of availability and the status of required documents.
Suppliers can also be managed with greater precision, specifying their periods of presence on-site.
RISK ASSESSMENT
Risk Analysis
Among the new advanced features is the ability to configure custom risk parameters. A notification system alerts users if risk levels exceed set thresholds, recording every detail for complete traceability.
An automatic pre-assessment is conducted when a new assignment is added, providing a preliminary risk evaluation based on authoritative sources.
Furthermore, users can now download country reports and filter relevant sources to deliver targeted and precise communication to involved employees. A new integration also allows for automatic registration of the assignments on the “Dove siamo nel mondo“ portal of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
