We are providers for:

We inform associated companies that on Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in collaboration with Arletti & Partners Studio, the webinar entitled “Update on Business Travel Abroad” will take place.

The Italian and Parma production context is, by its nature, deeply rooted in companies of the highest quality that export machinery for industry, particularly packaging. These companies sell plants that need to be installed and maintained by technical personnel who must carry out their work activities in another country and therefore are subject to foreign regulations to be respected.

The objective of the webinar is therefore to make associated companies aware of the obligations to be fulfilled and thus operate abroad in compliance with the law.

Below is the program of the Annual Update Webinar.

Main Topics Covered:

  • Obligations regarding EU and foreign national labor law: business travel in the EU + Switzerland + EEA countries and UK: company obligations set by European Union legislation and foreign countries’ regulations concerning maintenance and installation assignments abroad.

  • Work Visas Abroad: main obligations and updates regarding foreign visas in the EU and worldwide. Work visas in Italy: the employment of non-EU “service” providers and updates on work visas.

  • Obligations for Italian companies to assess “Country Risk” in foreign business travel.

  • Application solutions to regularize the company.
