Once the foreign workplace is selected, you can view specific information about risks in the destination country of the assignment.
In particular, the following details are available:
- Risk assessment provided by 4 foreign government authorities
- Potential risks related to natural disasters
- Information on weather and pollution
NEW FEATURE: You can now enable notifications to stay updated on potential changes.
Alert Setting
The new software version allows you to set risk thresholds, beyond which notifications will be triggered.
These parameters include:
- Temperature
- Pollution
- Mandatory and recommended vaccines for entry into the country
- Freedom Index
- Risk Maps
- Nature of the Risk
- Natural Disasters
You can rely on pre-established parameters from our internal policies or freely customize the parameters.
By selecting the NOTIFY ME option for each parameter, you can decide whether or not to receive notifications.
Risk Analysis Reporting for Assignments
Each time an assignment is uploaded, the system will automatically perform an analysis, taking into account the previously outlined parameters.
The conducted analyses will be archived, ensuring continuous monitoring of the situation’s evolution.
In case of changes to the parameters compared to the originally defined ones, the portal will record all modifications, including:
- Type of modification
- Date
- Author
Notified Users
In order for the Risk Assessment process to be efficient in every aspect, it is necessary to establish a communication system to define the agents to be notified if the risk analysis generates values above the set parameters.
The Company, then, can compile this information by entering the users involved in the communication process, and for which risks each user should be notified.
A summary table contains all alert communications made in case of risk threshold exceedance.
For each assignment, the table includes:
- Country of the assignment
- Employee who received the communication
- Date and receipt of sending
- Risk category involved
It is also possible to resend the communication by selecting the SEND button.
Risk Report
With the new update, it is now possible to download risk reports.
To make consultation easier, you can filter the information based on the source of interest (e.g., Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
