Great success for the free webinar organized by Confindustria Pesaro Urbino in collaboration with Arletti & Partners, focused on the compliance requirements for employees travelling abroad within and outside the European Union. The session addressed the main legal, immigration, tax, social security, and employment law obligations that companies must manage when carrying out international assignments, cross-border services, installations, maintenance activities, and technical interventions abroad.
Among the key topics discussed were compliance requirements under EU and foreign employment law, immigration obligations for non-EU workers operating within the EU and in non-EU countries, tax obligations affecting both employees and companies, and the duty of Italian employers to assess “Country Risk” in international business travel. Particular attention was also dedicated to Brazil, Germany, and Turkey, as well as to practical compliance solutions through Atlasposting.
