Support for companies and artisans

The service, provided within Atlasposting, aims to support employees and self-employed workers who provide services on construction sites within the EU, EEA, and Switzerland.

What does Atlasposting offer?

The software allows you to manage your company or entire corporate group and analyze the obligations arising from European labor law directives based on specific data entered for construction sites/commercial missions.

A construction site, all the activities to comply with

When uploading a construction site or commercial mission, the portal will analyze all the data entered and provide a final summary listing all the activities that the company must take on or can entrust to the Firm, divided by jurisdiction:

  • Risk Assessment;
  • Immigration Law;
  • Social Security;
  • Labor Law.

The table updates automatically, along with the related tasks, in the event of changes on the portal.

Real-Time control of the construction site

When the project is entered, Atlasposting carries out all the checks and provides information on each step regarding any problems in uploading the project (e.g., minimum time for completing tasks based on the know-how of the firm’s consultants). The checks do not stop once the project has been created, but continue throughout its duration.

Why choose Atlasposting

Atlasposting is the software already chosen by several companies to manage their activities abroad, both for technical and purely commercial activities.

The software allows you to stay up to date on the regulations applicable to your employees, and the support of the firm’s consultants provides you with a tool that contains all the activities that the company must comply with.

With regard to foreign regulations, it is always necessary to remember that any inspections may occur for a period of up to 5 years from the end of the transfer. Furthermore, in the event of non-compliance with foreign regulations, the company may incur administrative penalties and, in the most severe cases, a ban on providing services within the country for a period of 2 years.
