Keep track of the days spent in Schengen

Designed for companies managing international assignments for EU and non-EU employees, this feature helps both HR and employees stay on top of their travel days in Europe.

Avoid overstays in Schengen

The platform monitors days spent in Schengen, preventing treaty violations and providing instant alerts.

For non-EU nationals, it keeps track of the 90 days over 180 rolling days automatically, with no need to input data manually.

A chart to keep track of everyone

Available in the Atlasposting dashboard under ‘Compliance Tools’, with a summary table for each employee. Furthermore, the traffic light system included in our assignment creation tool will inform you of the capacity of each employee.

Real time checks

Active 24/7, checks occur when assignments are created and updated

HR is immediately updated of any changes in availability.

Avoid overstays in Schengen

The purpose of this tool is making sure none of your non-EU nationals spend more than the allotted 90 days over a rolling 180 in the Schengen area. Furthermore, the tool also keeps track of days spent by EU nationals in a fellow EU country, so that HR may be informed of when to proceed with a local registration, according to national regulations.
