Consultation on Posting of workers to EU, EEA and Switzerland​

One of the key speakers at the upcoming Conference on Transnational Workers’ Mobility is Bianca Maria Baron, CNCE Director and Attorney at Law, who will speak during the first session of the seminar, dedicated to the correct application of EU Directives 96/71 and 2014/67.

Who is the Director of CNCE

Bianca Maria Baron, director at the CNCE – National Joint Commission for Construction Funds since 2023, previously deputy director since 2018.

With experience in bilateralism in the construction sector since 2006, gained in a consolidated professional career within a building trade association, she continues her commitment to the representation and development of the bilateral system.

The CNCE, the coordinating body of the 112 Construction Workers’ Funds on the national territory, has been actively involved for years in European projects on the subject of transnational posting of workers, collaborating with various international partners and boasting reciprocity agreements with some European states for the recognition of treatments applicable to posted workers.

During the conference, the Director will discuss the topic of enrolment with the Cassa Edile for foreign companies operating in the construction sector in Italy.

How to attend the conference

The event will be held both in presence, at the Marco Biagi Foundation premises, and online, through Zoom.

The conference will be in Italian and English, with simultaneous translation.
