From Eligibility Checks to Work Authorisation
We start by reviewing the training programme, its approval and the worker’s completion records. We also check whether the proposed duties match the training.
Next, we assess the job offer, the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL), pay and accommodation arrangements. We identify the documents needed and the requirements concerning the asseverazione, the relevant compliance certification.
Following this review, we prepare a checklist for your case. We help collect and check the documents and prepare the online LFE application through the Ministry of the Interior’s services portal.
Where our engagement includes submission, we file the application on your company’s behalf under the required authorisation.
Companies Hiring Non-EU Workers in Italy
This service is for companies that want to hire non-EU nationals who live abroad and have completed an approved training programme.
Temporary employment agencies can also request support, subject to a review of the conditions that apply to the proposed hire.
You can contact us if you have already selected candidates, need to check a training programme or want help with an application in progress.
If you have not yet selected a worker, we can assess your company’s needs and the requirements for this entry route.
When to Start and What Affects the Timeline
Contact us early so that we can review the training completion date and plan the next steps.
Although this route does not depend on a click day, employers and workers must still meet the relevant deadlines. Planning should allow time for the work authorisation stage before the visa application.
The statutory timeframe for work authorisation is 30 days, with specific rules and checks for certain countries of origin.
However, this does not represent the full time needed to complete the hire. Document preparation, consular processing and post-arrival formalities also affect the overall timeline.
During the initial assessment, we identify the deadlines and steps that apply to your case.
Check the Requirements Before You Apply
A training certificate alone does not confirm that a worker qualifies for the Article 23 route.
A preliminary review helps establish whether the programme meets the requirements and whether the candidate can use this procedure.
It also helps identify missing records, inconsistencies in the job offer and issues concerning accommodation or the asseverazione.
By checking these points early, your company can reduce the risk of requests for further documents, delays or refusal.
We define the scope of our assistance in a dedicated engagement proposal.
Support with the Visa and Arrival in Italy
We monitor the application and help your company respond to requests for further documents.
Once the authorities grant work authorisation, we support coordination of the visa application with the relevant Italian embassy or consulate.
We also help prepare the formalities that follow the worker’s arrival in Italy.
Depending on the agreed scope, our assistance may cover the residence contract and the residence permit application. It may also include coordination with your company’s contact person or labour consultant for mandatory employment notifications.
The engagement proposal sets out the activities included in the service.
Request an Assessment of Your Hiring Plans
To request an initial assessment, tell us about your company and the number of workers you plan to hire.
If you have already selected candidates, include their nationality and country of residence, the training programme’s name and its completion date.
Also provide the proposed duties, workplace, employment terms and accommodation details, where available.
You can contact us even if some information is missing or the programme’s approval is unclear.
If an application is already in progress, explain its current stage and any requests or deadlines from the authorities.
