The general requirements to apply for a Skilled Worker visa are:
- Possession of a valid passport
- Possession of an employment offer from a UK company holding a Sponsorship License.
- Your job shall be included in the list of eligible occupations and your salary shall be in line with the threshold for that job, and in any case higher than £41700/year
- Having a English Language proficiency of at least B1
Processing time
The timing for the visa issuance is defined by the British immigration law and the standard procedure applied by the authorities involved.

- Step 2: SPONSORSHIP LICENSE APPLICATION (8 weeks for standard applications; 10 days for priority applications)
- Step 3: CERTIFICATE OF SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION (1 day)
- Step 4: VISA APPLICATION (within 3 months from Certificate of Sponsorship obtainment)
