General requirements
During the consultancy video-call, our experts will evaluate whether you qualify for the visa. Eligibility depends on several factors such as the type of organization you work with, the type of job and salary.
The candidate must:
- Be an employee of an overseas organization with a UK branch or subsidiary;
- Be invited for an assignment at the UK branch or subsidiary that is a licensed sponsor who has obtained a “Certificate of Sponsorship” (CoS) for the employee;
- Do an eligible job;
- Meet the minimum salary required for this visa type.
