The skilled worker is applicable to those candidates who received a job offer by a UK licensed sponsor and possess a minimum level of English language proficiency. It is valid for 5 years and it leads to permanent residency in the UK.
For the Senior or Specialist worker visa, instead, the English language proficiency is not required and it is a more temporary visa type.
