Skip to content Due to the current emergency in Ukraine, the National Work Authority (Ispettorato Nazionale del Lavoro) issued Memo 1521 on March 8 2022 – pursuant of Law 77/2020 – Art. 103 “Emersione dei rapporti di lavoro” – concerning the regularization of Ukrainian citizens currently working in Italy.
These applications shall in fact be prioritized to simplify the mobility of Ukrainian citizens and family reunion processes.
