Notice to leave

Safety deposit return

We take over the management of vetted vendors who will perform any refurbishment work needed. This ensures the property is returned in a state that guarantees the full return of the safety deposit.

The safety deposit in Italian rental contracts correspond to some months of rent, which may represent a significant amount of money. Without a professional monitoring service, the funds may not be returned to the tenant within a reasonable time.

Mandatory cancellations

We handle the process of deregistering the tenant from all utility providers. This includes cancellation of the Italian tax on garbage which, if not correctly closed, continues to accrue leading to legal notices and fines.
