Credit Licence's Issuance
Through an initial document verification phase, Studio A&P provides an assessment of the compliance of company documents based on the provisions of INL Note No. 4 of 23 September 2024, in order to ensure entry to the construction site in full compliance with Italian health and safety legislation.
The whole procedure is managed remotely.
Operational steps:
-
Preliminary analysis of the nature of the work and the need to obtain a Credit Licence.
-
Activation of the digital checklist on the A&P portal for uploading and tracking the documents required to obtain the Credit Licence.
-
Compliance analysis by A&P consultants.
-
Possibility of further assistance via call and direct contact with A&P consultants.
-
Once the assessment is complete and authorisation to act on behalf of the company/self-employed worker on the INL portal has been obtained, the Credit Licence is issued and must be kept available in case of inspections.
How to obtain the Credit Licence
