This service is for companies who want to register their business trips on the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ official portal “Where we are in the world,” ensuring that every employee can be tracked and traced in case of international emergencies.
How it works
Once the service has been configured, Studio A&P will automatically register every business trip on the Farnesina portal.
Thanks to the collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, travel data and emergency contacts will be transmitted automatically and securely directly to the “Where We Are in the World” system of the Farnesina Crisis Unit via API connection at the time of travel confirmation.
