Dr. Alessandro Arletti will be the speaker at the webinar organized by Federmacchine in collaboration with Arletti & Partners, entitled:
“Restarting business trips abroad for technical staff during the Covid-19 period.”
The event, free of charge, is reserved for companies belonging to Federmacchine member associations and will provide useful information and guidance to companies sending technical personnel to EU and non-EU countries.
The topics covered will include the new regulations introduced by European and non-European authorities concerning Covid-19 prevention measures that affect business activities and travel abroad.
Furthermore, the discussion will address Directive (EU) 2018/957, which introduces additional limits and obligations regarding assignments within the EU, and its impact on company operations. Finally, the new preliminary procedures adopted by some key countries – such as the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and others – in application of Directive 96/71/EC will be presented.
