Assistance with Italian Flow Decree work visas
Our immigration specialists assist Italian employers and non EU nationals with entry to Italy under the Flow Decree. We identify the relevant category, prepare the work authorisation application, support the consular visa stage and complete the immigration formalities after arrival.
This service is available for Italy. The procedure must be based on a genuine job offer from an employer in Italy. Studio A&P is not an employment agency and does not provide job search or recruitment services.
The A&P assistance procedure
- We assess the case, business sector, ATECO code, worker’s nationality and proposed employment contract.
- We check the employer’s eligibility, financial capacity, proposed accommodation and applicable preliminary formalities.
- We issue a tailored document list and coordinate the prior labour market test with the Employment Centre when required.
- We assist with the statutory certification and prepare the application on the ALI Portal.
- We pre complete and submit the application within the relevant filing period and monitor communications from the Immigration Office.
- Once the work authorisation has been issued, we assist the worker with the visa application at the competent Italian consulate.
- After entry to Italy, we assist with the residence contract, its electronic filing and the residence permit application.
