This service is designed for individuals, professionals, and companies that need to travel to the United States the purposes that fall within the E1 or E2 category.
What does the service consist of?
The service includes a preliminary case assessment and support with the preparation of the E1 or E2 visa application, checking that the purpose of travel and available documents are aligned. Studio A&P is also supported by an immigration lawyer based in the United States.
What activities are allowed?
E-1 visas and E-2 visas are issued to citizens of a country with which the United States maintains a treaty of friendship, commerce and navigation and who wish to travel to the United States for trade or investment.
How to apply?
The application involves several steps and may therefore take a few months to obtain the visa. In addition, documents from the Italian company, the US company and the applicant are needed.
