On the 5th of March, 2025, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, the seminar “The norms on transnational workers mobility: present and future” will be held, organized by the Marco Biagi Foundation, sponsored by Arletti & Partners, Federmacchine and ANIMA Confindustria Meccanica Varia.
Aimed at entrepreneurs, managers and union officials, the seminar will offer an in-depth analysis of current and future regulations on transnational mobility, with a focus on obligations and fulfillment for companies and workers.
Through discussions among experts, scholars and institutions, the legal framework, its practical implications for Italian and foreign companies and the regulatory developments will be explored.

The seminar will then be divided into two parts:

- The mobility of foreign companies in Italy: with contributions from Studio A&P, as well as from representatives of Guardia di Finanza (the Italian Financial Police), of the National Labour Inspectorate and of the Ministry of Labour.
