During the call, they provide answers strictly related to the topic and jurisdiction indicated in the service details, based on the previously completed questionnaire; questions outside these parameters are not considered a disservice. Appointments can be rescheduled only once within two business days prior to the call, and the consultation fee is non-refundable; the service is deemed to be rendered at the end of the meeting within the booked time. At the end of the video conference, clients can complete a quality questionnaire to report feedback or concerns, which management will evaluate at its sole discretion. Invoices are issued within the month of payment. By booking the call, the client declares having read and accepted these terms.
