Work Permit for Intra Company Transferees
It is now possible to apply in favour of foreign citizens already living in the EU.
Following the formal request submitted by Arletti & Partners to the Ministry of Interiors, the form for requesting the Work Authorization for Intra Company Transferees has been updated to permit the application also in favour of foreign citizens already living in the EU under a different reason.
