conformit\u00e9 de l&#8217;habitat est requis par le bureau local de l&#8217;immigration dans le cadre des demandes de permis de s\u00e9jour pour les cas suivants : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul pas n\u00e9cessaire ? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame dans les cas mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus, il y a des situations o\u00f9 un certificat de conformit\u00e9 de l&#8217;habitat n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, si le demandeur s\u00e9journe dans un logement avec services (c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire un h\u00f4tel ou un appartement avec services). Dans de tels cas, le certificat peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par une confirmation de r\u00e9servation de l&#8217;h\u00f4tel. Le document de r\u00e9servation doit clairement indiquer le nom de l&#8217;\u00e9tranger demandant le permis de s\u00e9jour et la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9servation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-demande-de-certificat-de-conformite-de-l-habitat\">Demande de certificat de conformit\u00e9 de l&#8217;habitat <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-obtenir-le-certificat-de-conformite-de-l-habitat-en-ligne\">Comment obtenir le certificat de conformit\u00e9 de l&#8217;habitat en ligne ? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les municipalit\u00e9s italiennes ont tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9livrer ce certificat au format papier, sous r\u00e9serve d&#8217;un rendez-vous pour remettre les documents n\u00e9cessaires au bureau comp\u00e9tent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certains cas, cependant, la remise des documents peut se faire par e-mail ou par courrier \u00e9lectronique certifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 <strong>r\u00e9c\u00e9piss\u00e9<\/strong> appropri\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9livrance du certificat final.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que la d\u00e9livrance du certificat final puisse prendre plusieurs mois, le r\u00e9c\u00e9piss\u00e9 de la demande est normalement suffisant pour traiter correctement les formalit\u00e9s d&#8217;immigration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certains cas, une visite du bien par un agent municipal peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire pour v\u00e9rifier les param\u00e8tres d\u00e9clar\u00e9s dans la demande. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quels-documents-sont-necessaires-pour-la-conformite-de-l-habitat\">Quels documents sont n\u00e9cessaires pour la conformit\u00e9 de l&#8217;habitat ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les documents requis pour
