Cela inclut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une r\u00e9partition plus <strong>\u00e9quitable <\/strong>de la charge financi\u00e8re entre les pays de l\u2019UE ;<\/li>\n<li>Le <strong>renforcement <\/strong>des mesures de lutte contre la fraude ;<\/li>\n<li>Une <strong>meilleure coop\u00e9ration <\/strong>pour garantir la couverture sociale des travailleurs, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de notification, tandis que les employeurs pourront acc\u00e9der aux informations et compl\u00e9ter les documents en ligne via l\u2019\u00c9change \u00e9lectronique d\u2019informations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (EESSI).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ensuite, l\u2019accord vise \u00e0 <strong>prot\u00e9ger <\/strong>les droits sociaux des travailleurs dans les situations transfrontali\u00e8res. Cela inclut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La mise \u00e0 jour des r\u00e8gles de l\u2019UE concernant les <strong>allocations ch\u00f4mage<\/strong> pour les travailleurs mobiles ;<\/li>\n<li>La mise \u00e0 jour des r\u00e8gles d\u2019exportation des allocations ch\u00f4mage pour les demandeurs d\u2019emploi s\u2019installant dans un autre pays de l\u2019UE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Prochaines \u00e9tapes<\/h2>\n<p>Le Parlement et le Conseil doivent adopter formellement l\u2019accord provisoire avant que les nouvelles r\u00e8gles ne puissent entrer en vigueur. Cela pourrait prendre plusieurs mois, voire plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2>Que signifie cet accord pour les entreprises mondiales ?<\/h2>\n<p>Bien que les r\u00e8gles ne soient pas encore en vigueur, cet accord constitue une <strong>\u00e9tape concr\u00e8te <\/strong>vers un changement des r\u00e8gles et, par cons\u00e9quent, des obligations pour les entreprises mondiales.<\/p>\n<p>Les avantages pour les entreprises mondiales :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une plus grande <strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique <\/strong>sur les march\u00e9s de l\u2019UE ;<\/li>\n<li>Une planification \u00e0 long
